7 Days Return / Replacement/ Cancellation Policy

You have a full week from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement, giving you ample time to evaluate your product. If your order arrives damaged or defective, simply mark it as such on the delivery receipt, and we’ll handle the rest, including arranging a hassle-free pickup. Our easy return process ensures that your return will be inspected quickly, and eligible refunds will be processed within just two business days. Eligibility for Return:

You may initiate a return/replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. The delivery date will be determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier or the date marked as delivered by our logistics team.

Condition of the Product:

  • New and Unused Condition
    The product must be returned in its original, new condition, with no signs of use. Products that show signs of wear, assembly, or installation will not be accepted for return.
  • Original Packaging:
    The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, protective materials, and any packaging inserts. The packaging should be intact and undamaged.
  • Complete Contents:
    All accessories, manuals, parts, and promotional items included with the original purchase must be returned. This includes any tools, extra pieces, or documentation that came with the product.
  • No Physical Damage:
    The product must not have any physical damage, scratches, dents, or visible signs of tampering or modification. Any products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized service centers will be considered ineligible for return.
  • Assembly and Disassembly:
    If the product was assembled or installed, it must be disassembled and returned in its original, unassembled state. Products that cannot be disassembled or that were damaged during assembly or disassembly may not be accepted for return.
  • Functional Condition:
    The product must be in complete working order. Items that are returned with functional defects caused by misuse, improper assembly, or neglect will not be accepted unless the issue is covered under Sketra’s warranty.

 

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being rejected, or the customer may incur additional fees, such as a restocking fee or the return of the item at the customer’s expense.

Process for Return:

Return Request:

  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team via mail at info@sketra.com or through our contact form on the Sketra website within the 7-day return period.
  • Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed reason for the return.

 

Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • You must ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the package to facilitate proper processing.

Shipping to Sketra Warehouse

Self-Pickup by Sketra Courier Partner:
Sketra offers a convenient self-pickup service through our courier partner, free of charge, under the following conditions:

  • Free Pickup for Damaged or Replacement Products:
    • If the product was damaged upon delivery, or if the customer wishes to replace the product with another of equal or higher value, the pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.
    • In the case of a replacement for a higher value product, the customer will only need to pay the price difference, if applicable.

 

  • Pickup Charges for Product Returns:
    • If the customer is unsatisfied with the product and wishes to return it for a refund, a one-way shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. The maximum deduction will be Rs. 2500, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Inspection of Returned Products:
    • Upon receiving your returned product, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    • If the product is found to be ineligible (e.g., damaged, missing parts), we will notify you.

 

  • Processing Refunds:
    • If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • For Full COD and Partial COD orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account, and the account holder’s name must match the name on the original order.
    • Any shipping fees or additional charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

  • Restocking Fees:
    • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned products, particularly if the item is not in its original condition or missing components.

  • Exchanges:
    • If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, color, or size, please specify this in your return request.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences between the products will need to be settled before the exchange is processed.

Exceptions to the Policy:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with photographic/video evidence of the damage. In such cases, we will arrange for the product to be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
  • If the product you received is not what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Products purchased at promotional prices or during sale events are not eligible for returns under the 7-Day Return Policy. All such sales are considered final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items.
  • Pre-booked orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, we do allow modifications to the order, such as changes to the product model or other details, depending on availability.
  • Products purchased under the No Cost EMI option are not eligible for returns under the 7-Day Return Policy. All such purchases are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted for these items.
  • Products cannot be returned or replaced if the customer is unable to provide proof of purchase. A valid order confirmation, invoice, or receipt is required to initiate any return or replacement requests.
  • Products purchased through dealers or third-party vendors are not covered under Sketra’s 7-Day Return Policy. Only items purchased directly from the official Sketra website are eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped or collected by the courier partner for shipping. Please ensure that your order details are correct before proceeding to checkout, as cancellations are not permitted after this point.

  • Promotional Offers: If you purchased your product during a promotional event, any returns will be subject to the specific terms of the promotion. Please refer to the promotion’s terms and conditions for details.
