Payment Policy

At Sketra, we prioritize your convenience by offering flexible payment options tailored to meet your needs. The following payment methods are available for all purchases made on our website, sketra.com

Pay Full Amount

Customers may opt to pay the entire order amount upfront through Sketra’s secure online platform using any of the following methods:

  • Debit/Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major card providers.
  • Netbanking: Supported banks and financial institutions are available at checkout.
  • EMI: Equated Monthly Installment options through selected banks and financial institutions (subject to approval).
  • UPI: UPI-compatible apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.).
  • NEFT/RTGS/IMPS: Bank transfer options are available upon request; please ensure the correct account details are used for timely processing.

 

Note: For all online payments, Sketra uses a secure, encrypted payment gateway to ensure your information is safe.

Pay Deposit (COD)

  • Make a 10% advance payment of the order value online using any of the above methods (Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, EMI, UPI, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) at the time of
    placing the order.
  • The remaining 90% of the payment is due upon delivery and can be paid via Cash or UPI.

 

Note: To avoid any delays, please ensure that the advance payment is successfully completed at the time of order placement.

Pay Full Amount Against Delivery

  • Customers can opt to pay the full amount upon delivery. Payment options available at delivery are Cash or UPI.
  • Please be aware that COD processing charges will be applicable for this option and will vary based on the order amount and delivery location.

 

Important: For high-value orders, Sketra may require additional verification prior to order confirmation to ensure a secure delivery and payment process.

General Terms & Conditions

  • For COD payments, please ensure the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery. Delivery partners are instructed to collect payments as per the order invoice only.
  • In case of failed online payments, you may retry with another payment option or contact Sketra’s customer support for assistance.
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed through the same method of payment used during the purchase, following Sketra’s Return Policy.
