Sketra offers nationwide onsite support services through a network of third-party vendors across India. To ensure timely resolution, customer complaints are categorized into two types:
1. Wear & Tear Issues: Resolutions for problems that do not require parts replacement are completed within a swift three-day period.
2. Malfunction in Parts: In cases where parts need replacement, the resolution timeline is set at a maximum of 7 days for metro cities and 15 days for the rest of India.
Payment can be made through Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, EMI,UPI, NEFT/RTGS etc
Certainly, Cash on Delivery (COD) is a viable option, as outlined below:
1. Pay Deposit (COD): Customers have the flexibility to pay 10% of the product amount on Sketra.com, and the remaining balance can be settled upon delivery using Cash, UPI, or Debit Card.
2. Pay Full COD Against Delivery: Customers can opt to pay the entire amount in cash at the time of delivery, with applicable COD charges that will be incurred using this method.Certainly, installation services are provided at no additional charge for products such as Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Spin Bikes, and Multi-Station Gyms.
The warranty remains valid even for products that buyers open and install themselves.
