The treadmill feels sturdy and well-built, even at higher speeds. The motor runs smoothly and quietly, which is great since I often run early in the morning and don’t want to disturb anyone. I also appreciate the shock absorption, which makes running much easier on my knees compared to outdoor runs.

This is a great treadmill and spin bike for both beginners and pros. The workouts are customizable and the running deck in treadmill is comfortable to run on. The spin bike design is heart touching. I’ve been using both products consistently and it’s helped me stay on track. Fantastic products.
