Complaint Classification
Wear & Tear - Problems that do not necessitate the replacement of any parts are resolved in as little as three days.
Malfunction in Parts - If any parts need to be replaced, it will take no more than 7 days in metro cities, and no more than 15 days in the rest of India.
Spare Parts Delivery
If necessary, replace any spare parts. The replacement part will be delivered to the customer's location within 7 days of submitting the complaint.
Technician Visit

Delivery Instructions

Handling of Heavy Products – Certain products may be heavy or large in size. For ease of movement and safe handling, it is recommended to unpack the product and transport it in parts to the intended installation location.
Floor Delivery – Deliveries are carried out without additional charges in standard conditions. In certain situations, deliveries above the ground floor may involve extra charges, as the products are bulky and may require additional manpower. Any such charges are collected directly by the courier partner from the customer and are generally nominal.
In-Transit Cancellation – Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not permitted.
