Complaint Classification
Wear & Tear - Problems that do not necessitate the replacement of any parts are resolved in as little as three days.
Malfunction in Parts - If any parts need to be replaced, it will take no more than 7 days in metro cities, and no more than 15 days in the rest of India.
Spare Parts Delivery
If necessary, replace any spare parts. The replacement part will be delivered to the customer's location within 7 days of submitting the complaint.
Technician Visit
The service executive will come to the customer's home to resolve the issue, and the customer will have 5 days to inspect the product for any remaining issues.

Delivery timelines may vary due to operational issues, product weight, or oversized dimensions.
Unloading, lifting, shifting, and any extra handling charges must be borne by the customer.
Additional charges may apply for apartment deliveries, upper floors, appointment-based deliveries, commercial locations, restricted areas, or special delivery requests.
Charges for extra manpower, special vehicles, equipment, or time-slot deliveries will be payable by the customer.
Re-delivery charges may apply in case of customer unavailability, incorrect address, or access restrictions.
Minor delays due to weather, transport restrictions, strikes, or operational issues may occur.
Any additional delivery or handling charges charged by the courier partner must be paid directly by the customer.
Floor delivery is included under standard conditions. Extra charges may apply for deliveries above ground floor due to bulky product handling.
Payment Terms for Heavy Products
Heavy or oversized products may require full prepaid payment before dispatch.
In some cases, full payment must be made before the product is shipped/dispatched.
COD may not be available for heavy products due to logistics limitations and high-value shipment risks.

Installation Guidelines
For safe handling and easy movement, heavy products are recommended to be unpacked and shifted in parts to the installation area.
In-Transit Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or handed over to the courier partner.
