Complaint Classification
Wear & Tear - Problems that do not necessitate the replacement of any parts are resolved in as little as three days.
Malfunction in Parts - If any parts need to be replaced, it will take no more than 7 days in metro cities, and no more than 15 days in the rest of India.
Spare Parts Delivery
If necessary, replace any spare parts. The replacement part will be delivered to the customer's location within 7 days of submitting the complaint.

In Endurance spin bike, magnetic resistance operates using a system that involves magnets to create resistance against the flywheel's rotation. Here's how it typically works:
Magnets: The spin bike contains a set of magnets, positioned in the flywheel. These magnets can be moved closer or farther away from the flywheel using buzzer
Eddy Currents: When the magnets are moved closer to the flywheel, they create a magnetic field around it. As the flywheel rotates, it cuts through this magnetic field, inducing electric currents in the metal of the flywheel. These are called eddy currents.
Resistance: The eddy currents generate a force that opposes the motion of the flywheel, creating resistance. By adjusting the distance between the magnets and the flywheel, the intensity of this resistance can be controlled. This adjustment is done through electronic buzzer on the spin bike.
